Dates and Costs for the Antarctic Season 2007/2008

Trip Cost Includes :

• Pre-flight briefing in Cape Town Antarctic Club one day prior to departure.
• Transfers to and from Cape Town International airport for the Antarctic flights.
• Round trip flight from Cape Town to Antarctica, including 30kg luggage allowance, onboard services, air flight insurance (135,000 USD coverage).
• All flights within Antarctica as in the program.
• TAC guide for the entire journey.
• Polar clothes (down jacket, pants, boots, mits ).
• Meals, accommodations at ALCI airbase and excursions to the Russian and Indian scientific bases.
• Support of the expedition with communication, weather forecast, staff Physician consultations in case of health problems and SAR throughout your journey.
• Celebration dinner at ALCI airbase upon return from the South Pole.
• Official ALCI/ TAC South Pole customized certificate.

Trip Cost Doesn't Include :

• Flights to and from home to Cape Town.
• Your meals and accommodation in Cape Town.
• Airport transfers other than those for Antarctic flights.
• Insurance Coverage - personal, medical, evacuation or otherwise.
